Gas saver guide

gas saver guide image

The gas saver guide from the hybrid water power website is another one of those home science projects like websites where they teach you how to build a hho generator. One thing that I think separates them from the rest is access to over 105 private videos not available on You Tube.

Offering the videos with the gas saver books provides original research, pictures, and illustrations coupled with real world videos of installing and tuning the system. You can click on the ad image to the right to see what is currently included in the package. Please be aware that this is a sponsored ad and may generate income for auto-facts.org

This subject is discussed so heavily on the Internet and many sites have jumped on the band wagon but few have provided such an in-depth collection of videos to go along with it. Also the books that come with the program contain very little fluff and get right to the point.

All over the net you find a wide variety of information from independent websites, government organizations and educational sites with fuel saving information.

Some self proclaimed experts state they just might have the answers you need to actually increase your fuel economy and save big money at the pump. My advice is to expect no positive results and be pleasantly surprised if you do gain something.

The gas saver guide (no longer available) scoured the Internet for you to collect this information and provide it in one easy-to-use package. Maybe they grabbed things they had no rights to? The guide to fuel savings included the hydrostar plans e-book I purchased at full price better known as water4gas among many others.

Gas saver guide content

image of hypermiling e-book

If you search around the net somewhere out there is a complete guide to safe hypermiling. It's included as a free bonus in the mpg package linked from the e-book picture on the right. Note that this a sponsors product so clear your cookies or this site will get credit for a sale when purchased.

The book describes in detail a technique of driving that maximizes fuel economy. The man credited for bringing this tactic to life achieved 59mpg from a vehicle that was rated at 24 with no engine modifications. This hypermiling e-book only discusses the techniques that are considered to be safe. Another e-book that use to be included in the gas saver package was all about hybrid cars.

I made some notes about the report available from this next link. If you ever considered buying a new hybrid car this would be a handy guide. The page I put together talks about the things to consider when buying hybrid cars. Things like comparing real world mpg across all of the models and the tax incentives available that vary from model to model.

books about saving fuel

Another thing to pay attention to is purchasing fuel for the cheapest possible price. It can be amazing how a little research can save you more than a few pennies per gallon. Prices fluctuate as the gas stations tanks are filled.

You may find a gas station that still has an older supply of fuel that will be much cheaper. Also learn about competition between gas stations and brands and how this can be used to your advantage.

There was many more energy saving techniques like this included in the gas saver guide package. All the material available to you can be used together. And everybody will achieve varied results. It only takes one wide open throttle shot from a red light to beat out that girl in the mustang to ruin a months worth of testing.

Fuel saving guides information

The guide to fuel savings I purchased (no longer available) included instructions to calculate a fuel economy average and helped you maintain and identify a moving record of your fuel and energy usage. This really helped me with my water 4 gas test system.

The free bonus software helped keep track of the data. But you can keep a running log the old fashioned way and achieve the same results. For some reason (in my opinion) when you take the time to keep a running log you become motivated to achieve more miles per gallon. It is also fun to see improved results from week to week. This might just be enough motivation to pass on racing the girl in the mustang from the stop light.

You can return to my introduction page for more on this fuel economy subject. Next link takes you from the gas saver guide to the increase fuel economy page.
