Hybrids and rough idle Auto-Facts.org July 16, 2009 |
New HybridsThere is not as much buzz about hybrids these days due to the low and somewhat stable fuel prices we are all enjoying this summer. I am not a fortune teller but my guess is this will be a temporary situation. The automakers are gearing up for the next wave of hybrid cars and high fuel prices that will drive sales. I put a page together that talks about the latest in hybrid series technology and new hybrid automobiles. Hybrids and rough idleI also posted a new page on the youfixcars website that walks you through the process I used to fix a rough idle problem on a Mazda 626.This vehicle had a problem that I do not see often and forced me to break out my bag of tricks. See what it took to uncover the cause of this Mazda’s lack of power and rough engine idle.
