Fast Efficient GM Cars

General Motors exit from bankruptcy has been impressive. As a long time supporter of the General and the owner of a troublesome Chevy Blazer ZR2 it is refreshing to see major improvements to the brands reliability.

But what about the desirability of the GM line-up? You can have the best car in the world but if nobody wants to drive it then failure is certain. Well when it comes to American car buyers we want power, a sporty look and record breaking fuel economy at the same time.

General Motors has stepped up to the plate and is trying to build dream cars instead of just transportation. Here is a recent article I put together about 3 of the most interesting GM fast efficient cars.

This months recommended auto repair article is about TPS sensors. The throttle position sensor is an often misdiagnosed non returnable electrical car part.

Although these sensors on modern cars are fairly reliable the TPS sensor of the mid 90’s was not so reliable.

Here you can find inexpensive replacement sensors for older cars and learn a few tips and tricks for testing throttle position sensors.
