Auto facts newsletter

The last auto facts newsletter of the year.

A new feature to the auto facts newsletter will be to notify you of the latest vehicle recalls. The chances that your vehicle is affected by this specific recall are slim. But maybe you know someone who has a vehicle that is affected, and you can either pass this e-mail on to him or her or just let them know their vehicle is affected.

Ford Motor Co. is recalling 1.2 million trucks for engine stalling.

The recall affects model years, 1997 through 2003 and applies to all super duty pickup's vans and sport utility vehicles equipped with a 7.3 L diesel engine. The reason for the stalling condition is a camshaft sensor that can fail over time and cause the engine to shut down unexpectedly. Ford said it would replace these sensors at no cost to owners regardless of current miles on the covered vehicle.

New website post

A new auction car story has been posted to the website that gives some insight on what it's like to be at the auction on auction day.

If you have never been to a car auction, this story will give you an insider's view of all the things that go on good and bad during the controlled chaos known as auction day.

The holiday special

In closing, I wanted to let you know that the program I used to build this website is offering a holiday special of buy one get one free. This is the exact offer that got me started on building websites.

This also marks my one year anniversary for building the auto facts website. Since I had received two websites to build with the package. I created this car website, because of my experience in the field. I used my free one to build a website about me and my wife's hobby of owning cats. Here is the address to the cat website so you can see what it looks like if you're interested. Our cat health and cat behavior website

My website building project has been extremely rewarding. It takes a while to get a website going and get it ranked and listed and start receiving traffic. But at the end of year one I had not only covered the cost of the buy one get one free package, but have set myself up for a very nice profit heading into year two.

If you would like more information on this buy one get one free program, take a visit to my website and read through the three pages about the program. And you can even watch a couple videos of how and why the SBI program works.

Why you want to build a website for 2008

I want to thank everyone for subscribing to the auto facts newsletter and would like to wish everyone a happy holiday season. For the latest posts to my website you can visit the automotive blog page that will list all of the recent posts by date.
